In 1991, Daniel Coene, iKanbi’s CEO, founded his first call centre. He was passionate about this field and constantly looking for new solutions and under his leadership, the company evolved from Call Center to Customer Contact Center.

Today, with several sites and more than a thousand employees, iKanbi is an industry-leading contact centre.

After 30 years of hardwork and reflexion around customer experience, iKanbi achieved an important step : we developed an innovative omnichannel platform.
As long as we have customers to satisfy and challenges to overcome, iKanbi will not stop. Trust us, the best is yet to come!

2020

iKanbi becomes a priviledged partner for the Belgian Government to manage interactions with the public during a global heath crisis.

2019

iKanbi acquires Harvest Communication Group in Antwerpen and opens a new site in Maatricht, Netherlands. Our presence in Northern Europe is growing “heel snel” !

2016

iKanbi extends its offer by opening an Off-Shore Site in Casablanca, Morocco. A step in the North-African Market is made.

2014

iKanbi makes a strategical move by acquiring three rival companies: Captis
Telesecretariat and Transcom World Wide (Belgium branch).

2013

iKanbi enters a new era in terms of customer relations. Our focus is now on: digital approach, deflation, deflection and multichannel.

2011

iKanbi extends its activities by opening a site in Tirana Albania. Therefore, we can now reach the Balkans market.

2009

In the midst of a technological revolution, iKanbi creates its own subsidiary technological company which provides R&D, Service Desk and Teleworking.

2002

We are the first Belgian company to implement a Full Voice Over IP Technology for our voice interactions.

1993

iKanbi brings together all the skills of Direct marketing in its scope : Database Management, Direct mailing, Telemarketing, and Webcommunication.
